Concora Medium Fluter

The prepared sample (for standard: 152.4 mm strips) is put in the upper opening. The strip is heated up to 177C between corrugated rotating discs, whereby the flute is formed and ejected at the lower opening.Using the included sample holder the self adhesive tape is applied to complete the sample preparation. Conventional equipment to flute samples of paper by rotating fluting rolls. Standard type “A” is supplied.

Standard accessories :

• included are the rack and comb. The rack, with a profile corresponding to the fluting rolls teeth, has 9 crest and 10 valleys.
• The distance between the teeth are 8,50 ± 0,05 mm. and the highness of the teeth are 4,75 ± 0,05 mm.
• The comb has 10 projections of 19 mm long approx. and 3 ± 0,1 mm. height.
